Zeev re: Micron not being included in Rambus suit.

Apparently a "temporary order" in the existing litigation with micron prevented them from being included according to Rambus counsel. Other speculation is that a settlement is in the works but I'm not banking on that.

Thanks. Re RMBS, as noted in the other reply to you, RMBS is currently precluded under a restraining order from filing suit against MU... We're still awaiting several key rulings. Hang on to your socks!
