Nice Rainbow, it's always nice to see it in print. So, who owns the actual real estate that the WAMU/JPM banks sit on? I would say one of WMI's subs. Something tells me alot of assets sit in WMI subs. And if so, JPM could be/is selling what does not belong to them or the FDIC. But I could be wrong.

Before or after they stole it all.
Based on after the theft of course they don't have subs or realestate anymore. Those things are supppsed to be listed in Jpm's balance/asset list now. Ooopps

How much do you think 2300 parking lots are worth,
forget about the land, buildings, the misc. Banking paraphernalia like safes and ATM machines, the contents,
the just the parking lots.

Would You think $800,000 for one ready to run turnkey bank branch building and operations with prime commercial realestate under it would be a good deal? Hell yes it is. 2300 of those really good deals equals 1.8 billion alone and is a great deal x 2300. Jpm got the rest of WAMU for free. Mind boggled why the public can't see that.

On a side note!
I like your siggy,
This my favorite version of that one.
If I were wanting to go there, I sure wouldn't start from here.
Rosen must use it while drafting pors or compiling asset lists.lol

rainbow; from what i recollect mainly wmi owned most of the assets, and wmi owns the bank, and wmi was also seized by the fdic. the holding company was illegally seized also.
