lol...I took a swig and it is definitely a mixing rum. I drink mostly rum and there are very few that I can drink straight. Sometimes you can mix with just a splash of ginger ale and see the true taste of the rum. If you like rum and come across any of the Flor De Cana rums buy some...they are by far my favorite for sipping or mixing.
