because that is not how the legal system works and it takes time. please remember this is the USA and not Iran or North Korea. M&M are heading to prison, that you can be assured of.

the SEC and FINRA have provided the investing public plenty of warnings since last October about this scam. you can only blame yourself for ignoring those warnings.

Because the federal authorities have to follow the laws. notice that the SEC tried to speed up the process but the judge disallowed it. We are talking about a public company.
