NASDAQ is a hope for the future, just as it's always been. Never a promise.
However, pinksheets were promised as an absolute certainty weeks ago. I had the theory that maybe the same body that advised Withum did so with the promise of no delisting for the delay. I was ridiculed. Now look? What do you know?
