It is universal to all stocks, whether in the pinks or listed on big exchanges to reserve the right to use AS. I have been in many listed stocks that have done the same and worse. This company has at least stated it is using what has been released thus far for deals. Take a look at any other company, the AS is always more than the OS! It is then unreasonable for any trader/investor to single out ENTI for critisism on this matter.
