He said earlier he was going to ride it out. It came in to fast so decided it was to late to leave and fortunately wasn't that bad. Only problem, it looks like it went right over the top of him. Might actually have been best since most of the wind and rain looks to have been on the east side. It's moving fast though and the back side doesn't have much rain, and the radar looks like it all ready stopped raining in his area. Might have lost power though.
Hopefully he'll have a good story with a happy ending to tell use.
