It's one of the available but UNCHECKED options for the service of the notice (at the bottom of the form).
The option checked was the standard, less urgent "A copy of this application either has been or will be promptly served upon all parties to this action."
Bigger question is... why is Greenberg Traurig requesting leave to remove themselves as council for the defense?
At the bottom of the page, just above the signature line. However, its a moot point as I now see that it was merely an optional reason, to be checked if applicable, for the request.
