On the right hand side of the document we see this: "The Declaration of Paul Bessette submitted in support of Greenber Traurig's motion to withdraw as counsel for Defendant Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. contains confidential and privileged information."
I guess that they have to provide the specific information to the court before it can make a determination as to whether it should be kept under seal.
Duh?
