In other words you can give the illusion that, in a stock with a stock price flat at .0003, a lot of shares are being bought on "upticks" by having many small share "downticks" set up artificial "upticks"
You yourself have made the observation that there are absolutely no shareholders at all in the black here. The ASK is at or below everybody's cost basis and it is impossible for the retail investor here to sell at the ASK
