INTC: What is remarkable is the recovery from 2009 (was 2010 just pent up demand)…

I respectfully disagree: the sales ramp we’re seeing now is more than just catch-up demand.

Computers are a bigger part of the world economy than they have ever been and will become an even bigger part with each passing day thanks to The Global Demographic Tailwind. What we’re seeing in INTC’s 2Q10 results is IMO the start of a very long-term move.

The profits are fantastic.

Well, yes—that’s the point of being in business :- )
