Radix Marine used to be located in Silverdale, where I picked up my mail every day. Back then I was investing in a very local business.
Now they're located in Yakima, 195 miles and 3.5 hours away.
Furthermore, if you're an employee AND a shareholder, then you are considered to be an "insider" which complicates the situation. And there is some legal jeopardy involved. Several years ago, (pre-LaJolla) I was threatened with a shareholder lawsuit on the forum, just for taking photos on behalf of other shareholders, and then posting them on the Internet. I don't want to be in that position ever again.
Radix Marine shouldn't have much of a problem finding a good local webmaster whenever it becomes a priority for them.
