Currently they have no one available to update the web site. But they are looking to hire, or contract with, someone to handle it. I offered to do this for them five years ago when the business was growing. But I am not so sure I would want to do it now.
Incidentally snakeyze, I forgot to mention to you that one week ago today, Brad Goodspeed called me on the phone. I didn't call him-he called me. And I still don't know how Brad got my phone number.
Initially, Brad said that he had been informed by "several shareholders" that I was badmouthing and otherwise disparaging the company on this forum. Of course, I denied it, because it is simply not true. I told him that my only problem on this forum has been with one, and only one, other poster. And that is the only reason I am still here lurking.
I advised Brad that I still wished Radix Marine to succeed and do well. Even though I am not currently a shareholder, I said that I would continue to watch and would be ready to buy shares should the company show some expanding business activity, going forward. And I also told him that, should there be a shareholder meeting held, I might even buy a few shares just to be able to attend. He told me they are still working toward a shareholder's meeting and that it will happen at some point.
Funny thing though, how I have apparently been "snitched off" by more than one poster here. This kind of underhanded crap has got to stop. It just demonstrates full well the level of manipulation going on behind the scenes on this forum. There is no reasonable justification for it. And that someone would actually stoop to that level, is amazing.
I made a point of alerting Brad to the level of near-constant dis-information flowing over this forum. Like the, so called, "Somali Pirate" pump. Brad laughed and reiterated how that came about, which we are all aware of. He wouldn't confirm that the deal is real. But I got the impression that the project will start when the other company puts it in motion. Radix Marine is currently just waiting on the other company to do something.
Brad also told me, very specifically, that he does not regularly follow this forum and reads it only once in a great while. So, from my viewpoint, someone posting here using his name is highly suspect, although I didn't get around to asking if it was really him.
For most of this conservation Brad was asking me questions. But I did get to ask a couple of my own. I asked Brad Goodspeed if he had been in communication with a certain forum poster who claims to own 12 million shares. He had the list of shareholders right in front of him on the desk. He double checked that list and said there is NO shareholder that owns that many shares. Furthermore, he told me that many shares would represent close to 7% ownership of the company. That would require the filing of an SEC Form-4 declaring the ownership. Brad told me there is no such Form-4 on file. Therefore, that claim is either not valid, or else that party is in violation of SEC regulations. Take your pick on that one.
Finally, Brad told me that he is extremely busy these days trying to move the situation along. There are still a few immediate problems to be solved, involving a great deal of difficult paperwork. But he assured me that the overall business situation is steadily moving ahead, in spite of the fact that they are understaffed, overworked, and under funded. I just happen to believe what he was telling me, because it sounds very reasonable.
So, for whatever it's worth, that approximates what we talked about. Brad Goodspeed is very easy to talk to. So you can call him to confirm what I've posted, or better yet, ask your own questions.
