OT nailed him on the false attorney - by tipping off the attorney .. on the BK form .. what else can he do now .. the courts are wise to him ..

but that should not be a problem because the real financials will never show up .. at least the real financial audited by a certified audit

maybe mosky will just show the courts the spng web page that said 50 million in business .. and claim it as the financials
