Waaaaaaaaaaah! Despite Tao's acquiescence, I'm surprised that the judge doesn't just point to the 38 other offices from Shanghai to Tyson Corner (Virginia..had look it up)that GT lists on the right hand side of that letter and ask whether they couldn't scurry up a little help.
But more importantly, both Spongetech AND Metter were due to respond tomorrow. I wonder if the fact that he is only seeking an extension for SPNG means that we'll see Metter's response to the complaint tomorrow. The Moskowitz response is also due tomorrow.
Apologies in advance if any extensions have been granted on the above….obviously I did not notice any.
