Thats true! But if the stock tanked to $2.75 and they bought them back then it's not dillutive! =)

Any time you add shares, you dilute. Period.



That statement only displays ignorance as the meaning of "dilute." Take a look at pretty much any IPO, and in the registration statement there will be a section explaining why issuing the new shares in the offering is anti-dilutive.

Whether or not new shares are dilutive depends on the price at which they are issued.
