Its a Great PR..
but
What "IF" funding falls apart or we dont fund by eom then what? My point is funding HAS TO COME THROUGH in order to fund MS and Aqu 1-42 and we need an OFFICIAL PR that says we OWN 51%+ in MS not anything else and its a cutthroat buisness world out there.You are only as good as your money is..

I think the $10 million funding deal included the 51% equity stake. And that part of the $10 million included advance funding for the Croatia demonstration preparation. May be wrong about this.
