Incorporation is different than trademarking, and they are already incorporated. Patents, copyrights and trademarks will fall into place once their product lines are established. Additionally, that trademark application is two years old. Pertinent? I think not.
I don't understand,they were rejected on what grounds? Maybe "Vaenza",the name is already registered/trademarked by another company from way back. If that's the case then they can't use Vaenza as a trademark. Unless it's another reason?
