No Mur it is simply connecting the dots that KAA is leaving behind on this path to "SCREWING" the Hemi Shareholder.

Wake up and take a step outside this box that you have created around KAA & Hemi. You might just find that what is being indicated on this Hemi board is right on target. Sorry but no "Moons" here.

You seem to imply that you know what all others do not but that is exactly the formula that leaders such as KAA desire......it's called a buffer zone; and I too was there with the KAA spin.

You don't even know whether or not KAA has any legal or financial involvement in Hemi anymore, and yet you post more of these ever-changing WAGs and stories with zero substantiation.

IMO substantiation has now been supported with this Delaware finding; as these ever-changing WAGs and stories become the cold harse reality of what KAA has done to Hemi and more importantly the many faithful Hemi shareholders.

Sorry Mur, I wish my WAGs and stories were wrong.

Seems to me that's exactly what you posted about so many other people's statements before.

I'm not saying you're right or wrong... just that you've made the statements adamantly, but it still comes down to the fact that we still don't know, either way.
