Yep...totally agree. I may have to do that in the near future, but I already told Monk about it and told him that if it comes to that that I will work with him to help me with exit strategies so it won't hurt the team (and it won't be millions of shares). Believe me, I am going to hold off as long as possible to do that at all. It IS all about the team! :-)
