Yeah, um, I'm not a bankruptcy lawyer, but I'm pretty sure you can't make civil fraud charges disappear by declaring bankruptcy. That would be a pretty neat magic trick, granted. Certainly the individual defendants can't get out of anything, even if SPNG itself somehow can. Not to mention that this doesn't do anything w/r/t the criminal charges against M&M.
