I agree that he is intelligent, witty and has good things to offer. But until he learns to engage in conflict in a similar manner in which you do... tempered with wisdom and good judgement as to the method, time, place and person... then I think he needs to avoid that kind of activity. If he could come even close to your standards, then there would be no problem.
I think the conversation between us today is a good example of how to disagree in a civil and respectful manner.
For the record, I'm not on a campaign to keep Joe in jail or get him booted.
