If I interpreted an earlier post correctly and based on what I read in the settlement filing and the fact that this person was not affiliated with EC...as he received a text from someone in chamber I am inclined to believe this probably has to do with WAHUQ!
This would make sense if SS provided something in chambers around money and numbers that made WAHUQ reps send that text to the person in the courtroom as they settled for $34 dollars vs full face of $50. If this theory is correct than that statement alludes to the fact there is significantly more money out there than what has been portrayed. So much more that WAHUQ had they held out till now would have gotten full face at $50.
Okay no more speculating for me...ALL IMHO based on what I've read and the circumstances around the text and the details in Ilene's post about who received the text.
But then again what do I know I'm just your average investor and the twitter dude!!!! :)
