Hey, Smitter! We may just be in the doldrums awaiting a wind in the form a a PR. The news may be big and they are spending time puting the package together in a more detailed manner than the last. IMO. Maybe due to the attention the last PR got them they are covering all their bases this time, waiting to release for the final signatures, etc. All IMO.
