By avalanche, I was just taking that to mean the huge downward movement. I see why that is causing confusion. PIPE shares can't sell right now, so I don't see how bragging about how they haven't sold due to very late financials makes anyone feel better. The implications from many were that those PIPE shares could cause a huge depreciation of the stock price. Though they didn't directly cause it, it still happened.
