Yea, but the implications were a sell off was coming when we were in the $4's and 5's from the shares. Ok, so the shares didn't cause it, but we still had an avalanche. I imagine a decent percentage of the shares sold feared the shares coming off restriction. Often times the anticipation of an event is a bigger mover than the actual event.
