for hitting a baseball at 25 yards yes. but 3/4" off at 25 yards might as well be 1/4 mile off when you get out nearing 400 yards. i have been around high power rifles and scopes most all my life.. starting at about 10 years old. just saying.. you send in a squad fresh out of boot camp looking for me in the woods with m-16's and me with my meager little bolt action .22 mag.. ill come strutting out with their ears on a necklace. :-)
