ID there is no link the original document since this was a paper filing. I can't seem to even get a copy on the EDGAR filing system as of yet. I'd like to look through the document as well, potentially preparing for LOI? One thing I like that may be a small thing but bigger to me with recent experiences is that Ike is trying to be transparent and filing docs with SEC. Certainly not the case in a lot of pinks. If anyone can find the actual document please post.
