Actually where did it did say paid on 13 D form!!

Most will state price and date of shares purchased!! where on 13 D did it state this?? Only stated this on PR!!!

Not only that the shares that were restricted some 20 billion shares prior to Dec 31, 2009!!

Are now free floating owned by 7 companies owned by Lumb!!

These companies could sell these shares at any time as a big shareholder!!

Lowenthal (a long time Lumb co-conspirator) paid no money for his shares at all. He just traded worthless paper with Lumb. Lumb gave him worthless stock and he gave Lumb a worthless note. NO MONEY CHANGED HANDS

It is the same shell game trick they played at HGLC to put phony values on HGLC and FFGO. Now they are doing it again here to rip off newbies one more time.
