It's not an agenda, it's a public fact. If the current POR gets voted down and the EC can't get traction, then just as the Wall Street Journal stated, you may well receive substantially less than the 25-27 cent range. The WSJ actually said nadda. Does the WSJ have an agenda also? Or, have you just not caught up with your DD?
