NITE will have no culpability in any shenanigans. As long as there are no restricted ledgends on the shares that are turned into them, NITE could care less where they come from, nor should they. This is plain old dilution through friends of Lumb. There is no conspiracy against shareholders by anyone except Lumb. Why would anyone short FFGO? There is no bid. How much lower can it go?
