That's because it's not gonna happen. There is no significant "NSS" in FFGO. If there were, it'd be on the SHO list with a 3210 flag.

"IMO a deal has been made to let the NSS cover at .0001 or less in exchange for jail time and exposure. So if 7 trillion shares were allowed to be covered at .0001, that would equal $700 million, divide that by 75 billion OS and you get .0093. Wow, I would take that.
