I remain amazed that 'successful' SUF shorts would not have now closed, unless....the conspiracy theory is close to the truth.
Clearly the de-listing notice is a non-event, the Company can delay this for a year, and if they haven't converted to revenue deals by then, then they'll be done for anyway.
No, for once, this does actually look like the risks are massively skewed to the upside. You can loose 100%, but making a 1000% is clearly possible. At this price, risk/reward is all one way.
