There is no real way to detect dillution but dillution will not even let the stock move up a tiny bit. This has moved from 0000 trades to trades at the ask.
the 000 trades were probably some preset market sells.
the latest share numbers puts the O/S at 3.5 bil which is not bad for a triple zero stock. The best way to figure our dillution is to call the T/A and find out if that number has changed.
