If a team is good, no cheerleading is necessary - but appreciated. The team determines that, not the cheerleader. Put down the pom-poms and pay attention to the game. If what Zevotek does from this day forward produces a winning company, then they will be a winning company. No amount of cheerleading will make that happen if they are not. Do your DD, be realistic, and don't pump. Pumping - when viewed by anyone with experience - throws up a big, flashing stop sign - as a pump is a usually an indication of a scam, and can distract ones view of a legitimate company (using your word - perception)- which in the end, actually does more harm than good.
