Origdpb5...so it's sort of like a halfway house. That's the second dumbest thing I have ever heard. I can't believe that there are 10 souls out there who have nothing better to do than waste their valuable time deciding whether someone should be released to the general iHub population or remain in limbo. Releasing someone from JAIL means squat IMHO as recently released TOS-offenders can be sent back here depending on how long MATT has to wait for his KKDs or whether he is constipated.

However, 10 people willing to do that might be hard to find.

If you cannot get 10, perhaps you should scale it back to 7 or 5.
