Not paying any fees does not seem like a very smart move in the courts eyes and your logic makes absolutely no sense. Why would they want the price lower to issue shares - it would mean more shares not less. LIQR can't even pay the fees or even be reached. I know you work for LIQR but you can't really believe that nonsense can you?

Maybe LIQR stopped reporting their financials, were delisted to the pinks, and did a 200-1 R/S wiping out almost all of their shareholders so that DKAM could take them over much easier when they won the lawsuit.
That actually makes more sense then your reasoning.
