so which is it? Is it really NITE accumulating or just NITE acting on behalf of an investor? Much more likely the later. MMs do not typically buy and hold shares. When they do they have to make filings showing they hold more than 5%. We have seen no such filings from NITE so it is fair to say NITE IS NOT BUYING SHARES AND KNOW SOMETHING
