Ive never heard that term used to describe a stock

it means....

ARIA is NOT under accumulation.

Every technical analyst out there would say this stock is under distribution. It has broken several trendlines (most recently forming a head and shoulders pattern which would bring it down to 1.75-2.00), it fell through its 50 day and 200 day moving averages, and selling pressure continues throughout the day, even when the market is moving higher.

All in all, it looks terrible, "in plain English."
