Yes they have been. We just need to see them getting the production up and drilling more wells.

I definitely discounted how proactive they would be but so far things have been pretty good. They have had regular updates and appear to be looking to advance the business now.

A couple key things that I'm still waiting for are updates on the new CEO and the bio plant that they are working on a deal with overseas.

If we can clear up these couple of items that are hanging around it would be a huge positive for me and it would probably show even more strength for the company.
