When trading in pennies does it even matter? Really? APRU as I have stated is a trade the volume/sitting at bottom/pps increase is what hit my scans/filter...the last thing I look for when trading these type stocks is if the SEC is on top of there game and if their current after the fact yeah I glance it over but penny stocks are there for a reason
