I felt that it was logical to conclude that he was legitimately asking the question.

Which chronologically at least led to: 30-Jun-10 04:38 pm Prediction from the_worm06 the Criminal Indictments against Metter, Moskowitz, Furth and a couple others will be unsealed during the week of July 5, 2010.
I'm just suggesting that his prediction was more of a logical conclusion with which he had a little help. Nothing more. Of course, I suppose that he could've known the answer before he posed the question, but I'm not constructed to think that way. There is a bit of an inside joke involved, but I think I'm probably just entertaining myself with it.
