yeah i don't doubt they'll find the fees. but honestly people need to stop looking at the pps and start looking at the company.

Plenty of deep pockets around imo to fund such a small amount plenty of unspoken for collateral, in addition a double escrow can be set up to fund out of the 110m so many options here.

If somebody put up the 1.775 while signing escrow instructions that he be paid out of escrow it could be a one day loan or just a few max.

many creative things can and will happen, imo.
