I don't see any word manipulation here, and I fully agree with iKauai. If what Manti suggests were true, there were those with INSIDER information who traded securities after learning of a problem with the financing. That is the VERY DEFINITION of insider trading and if the SEC were to look into this, people would go to jail.
Of course, the reality of the situation is unknown, but I find it an interesting suggestion, especially when you look at the timelines, and the way we traded lately.
