Most shell companies wouldn't be posting their quarterly statements/ most shell companies are traded on the pinksheets/ most shell companies don't have a product they send you in the mail that does everything promised. Most shell companies don't have reputable CEOs. etc etc. So I agree, I don't think this is a shell company.

What is there to investigate at this point? We know the company has a good product. We know there's heavy dilution, that may be increasing. ZVTK began their advertising in Dec '09. I recall seeing somewhere this company only has 1 employee. Can someone confirm this? The rest is speculation. ZVTK's credibility is becoming questionable. Annette, IMO, has done more harm to the company than good. ZVTK is 0.0012 x 0.0013. IMHO this simply does not make much sense for a company that appears to have so much potential. ZVTK has many of us frozen waiting for a possible retail contracts. In the meantime our porfolios are leaking along with the stock.
