Yes, I understand. I was trying to convey what I percieved the general attitude on this board. I said it "looks like nothing is happening". Not that it wasn't. Someone had posted that the EC would be ready with their plan in 2 weeks. It seems like everyone is starting to convey a defeatist attitude since that deadline is about to pass. Even Wally. Kind of makes you wonder if he knows something that we don't. I, for one, do not think all is lost yet and I do expect the EC to submit something when they are ready.
