This delay has caused the accumulation of additional fees in the approximate amount of $1,775,000. The company and Newby & Associates are in the final stages of raising said fees.

Quite frankly, I couldn't tell if the bank and the company that holds the assets( are they talking about the company we are attempting to acquire?) both need that amount, if they were splitting that amount, and/or more was needed. If anyone can truly interpret that PR and the complete meaning thereof, it would really be appreciated.
