The Company seeks to acquire parallel companies with assets that will contribute to its market penetration strategy. As recently announced, Earthcom Services inc., a subsidiary of O2 wireless, has begun the implementation of its operation in the Dominican Republic. The company has strategized to swiftly gain a sizable portion of the market in the wireless industry in that territory.
