Well close, but NO banana for hammer tonight .....

TGB Closed at 4, but not in a green market.

ok. so ur a little right.

IF news good tomorrow @ 4:30-- TGB is a gold play not just a copper mine.

My "take" is that local indigenous peoples want bigger cut, and TGB will deal with them for it... Permits all in place, meetings held, now a report???????????

Press Release Source: Taseko Mines Limited On Thursday July 1, 2010, 2:19 pm

VANCOUVER, July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE Amex: TGB) ("Taseko" or the "Company") is issuing this release to confirm that it is not aware of any material undisclosed corporate developments which would account for recent share price volatility.

Russell Hallbauer, President and CEO of Taseko commented, "The disclosure posted on the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency's website on June 29, stating that the Panel's report would be released after market close on July 2, should not be construed as either positive or negative. Once the Panel's findings and recommendations have been made public, Taseko will respond accordingly."

=============+++++++++++++++++++++================

If TGB knew that bad news is coming then they would be putting themselves at risk by issuing this press release today? They have probably been inundated with calls and emails from shareholders today. Now they can just refer them to the press release.

TGB always tracks with TSX-TKO.

The TSX was closed today for Canada's Independence Holiday.

U.S. market makers used this opportunity to make huge amounts of money today..... Hope you kept your shares.
