C'mon Mike, stop and think. There are a lot of technical things that need to be taken care of before the demonstrations start. Small things that could turn into big things that could be avoided.

I am part of many projects in my job that take weeks to logistically prepare for and even then things don't always work out the way they should.

With something this important, I am surprised that Dean is just giving himself 8 days. JMHO
